How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 5–7 business days. Express is 2–3 business days. Orders ship within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
Nope! Order as little as 1 lb of any candy.
How fresh is your candy?
We turn over inventory weekly and ship within 24 hours of order. Most products have 6–12 months of shelf life when received.
What's your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?
Yes — orders over 25 lb qualify for additional discounts. Email wholesale@candybounty.com.
What about allergens?
Most products are made in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, soy, and wheat. Check individual packaging for full allergen info.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US shipping only. International coming soon.
How do custom mixes work?
Pick your favorites, choose a total bag size, and we'll split the weight evenly across selections.
